Founded in 2023, BREBIS is the project of two friends and lovers of good food: Gabrielle Lett and Fabien LeBlanc. Having learned their trade from cheesemaker Max Dubois at l'Échoppe des Fromages, they are now ready to offer their expertise and passion for farmhouse cheeses to Mile-End residents. They offer a showcase for Quebec producers from all regions.

BREBIS offers a varied selection of Quebec cheeses made from cow, goat, buffalo and of course sheep (the owners' favorites)!

Whether grated, melted, sliced, in raclette, in a sandwich, the possibilities are endless at BREBIS. We want to democratize the world of Quebec cheese and offer alternatives to the already well-known classic European cheeses.
